In English Q'bole! means “What’s up?”

It is the form in which we greet a friend! Since Q’bole's! establishment in 2004 we remain Family owned and operated. We are very proud to be a part of a great and welcoming neighborhood, Folsom. Q’bole! is located in the small and charming “Old Town Folsom” across from the Lake Natoma Inn Hotel just over the Folsom-Auburn and Rainbow Bridges’. We are situated in the Lakes Shopping Center one block up from Sutter Street.

Come and enjoy our unique blend of fresh ingredients that are prepared daily to create our delicious food! Our menu has a large array of food to choose from that can meet anyone’s needs. Our menu is inspired from family recipes and redefined to provide innovation in Mexican cuisine. With various regional influences from our family staff you will find dishes that are inspired from states all throughout Mexico, our Carnitas from Michoacan, our Huachinango from Vera Cruz and Mazatlan Sinaloa, our Rellenos en Hogada and Pollo en Mole from Puebla.
