Sizzling combination fajitas (steak, chicken and shrimp) served with Mexican rice and refried beans. 36 corn, flour or combination of both tortillas. Mesquite grilled salsa and chips. Guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo salsa.

Slowly roasted pork served with salsa Mexicana (onions, cilantro rice, tomato and lime juice) also served with cilantro, rice, black beans, sour cream, guacamole and salsa tarasca. 36 corn, flour or combination of both tortillas. Q’bole house salad for 10-12 guests. Served in an aluminum tray ready to eat. We recommend that carnitas should be warmed in oven for better taste and quality. Chips and mesquite grilled salsa.

12 enchiladas, your choice of meat (shredded chicken, shredded beef, ground beef or cheese). 12 tacos, your choice of meat (shredded chicken, shredded beef, ground beef or cheese). Includes lettuce, tomato and cheese, served with refried beans and Mexican rice. You may also request flour or corn tortillas 2 dozen. 3 orders of guacamole with mesquite grilled salsa and chips.
